Canada to Implement New Rules May 23, 2016

Netball Canada will implement the new Official Rules of Netball, as set by the International Netball Federation (INF), on May 23rd, 2016 after the conclusion of the 2016 Netball Canada National Championships in Calgary.

Key changes to the rules include:

• Injury time is now 30s and the player concerned must leave the court
• The Centre only needs to have one foot in the centre circle for centre passes
• The elimination of whistle after each goal
